Privacy Policy
Effective from 5 August 2026. Completionist Companion is designed to operate without an account or automatic game-profile connection.
Controller
Percival Studio is responsible for Completionist Companion and this companion website. Privacy and support enquiries can be sent to support@thomaspercival.dev.
Application data
The application may store the following information locally on your device:
- Weapon levels
- Challenge and objective progress
- Collection and archive progress
- Planning preferences
- Active directives and timer state
- Completed experiment records
This information is not automatically sent to Percival Studio.
Game accounts
Completionist Companion does not require access to a publisher account and does not automatically retrieve live match, profile or progression information.
Progress backups
You can export progress as a JSON file. The application only creates or reads a backup when you explicitly choose an export or import action.
Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them and are subject to the privacy and security controls of that location or service.
Support enquiries
When you contact support, Percival Studio may process your email address, message and any diagnostic information you choose to provide.
This information is used to respond to the enquiry, investigate faults and maintain necessary support records. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
The application does not currently include third-party advertising, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics.
This website does not intentionally set optional analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process routine technical request data required to deliver and protect the website.
Data sharing
Percival Studio does not sell completion progress or support information. Information may be processed by service providers required to deliver website hosting or email support, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
Deleting local data
Removing the application removes its locally stored data, subject to any device backups managed through your Apple Account.
Exported JSON backups must be deleted separately from the location where you saved them.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights relating to personal information held through support or website operations, including access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection.
Contact support@thomaspercival.dev to make a request. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the application, website or data practices change. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised when a new version is published.
